Floating Timer Widget does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
What the app stores
Your saved timer presets are stored on your device only, in the app's private storage. Nothing is uploaded. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
What the app does not do
- No accounts, no sign-in
- No analytics, advertising, or tracking
- No network requests — the app works fully offline
- No access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, or files
Permissions

Display over other apps
(
SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) — draws the floating timer pill on top of other apps. -
Foreground service (
FOREGROUND_SERVICE,FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE) — keeps the timer counting accurately while you use other apps. -
Vibrate (
VIBRATE) — buzzes when a timer reaches zero. -
Notifications (
POST_NOTIFICATIONS) — shows the ongoing notification that Android requires while the timer runs.
None of these permissions are used to gather information.
Children
The app is safe for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever starts handling data differently, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the date above will change.
